Kilala ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Kilala digital business card platform at kilala.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. By using Kilala, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk.
Information you voluntarily provide for your digital business card, including: full name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, website URL, social media links (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, WhatsApp, Telegram), profile photos, and company logos.
We track views of your published business card, including the view source (direct link or QR scan) and timestamp. This data helps you understand how your card is being used.
When visitors choose to leave their contact information on your card (if you have lead capture enabled), we collect their name, email address, and optionally their phone number.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Polar.sh. We do not store credit card numbers or payment method details. We only store subscription status, plan type, and billing dates.
